Yes, you can print in white ink! Technically it’s toner.
White toner allows you to use vibrant or deep-toned papers and print your image in white over the top. The results closely resemble screenprinting. You can learn more about it here.
This is a rare process. As far as we know we are the only studio in WNY with this capacity. We are excited to offer this process to artists and designers. If you’re interested in this but not sure what to do next send us an email! You can stop by and try it or look at sample prints in person.
The resulting prints are a unique and surprising look and would be well suited to zines, digital art and more.

Can you do it fast?
Yeah, but let’s plan on two days.
Do you deliver?
Officially no, but we can probably work out something.
What is the quality of these prints?
Excellent. Quality is a pretty relative concept so here is some more info.
The color laser prints are comparable to what you would get from a retail print center. Fine detail and good color reproduction.
The inkjet prints meet the expectations of a discerning audience, a gallery or print collector for example.
Do you offer binding, cutting, or other services?
Yes! We don’t have a price list for these, but let us know what you need done.
We do not do mailing services.
Is there minimum or maximum quantity?
No, and not really.
Can you negotiate prices?
No. We’ve already priced these to be substantially lower than corporately-owned copy-and-print centers. The prices cover the media, ink and toner, equipment purchase and maintenance, and our prep and consultation time. This is part of how we are sustaining gatheringspace as a resource for artists.
What we can do is talk to you about your project and offer advice on format and output that will fit within your budget.
